So like I fell on a rusty spike and there's something funny on tv, I'm worried if I laugh I'll cough out blood like in the movies.

    Oded here, so either you are a troll making up random stuff, or you are just a low intellect human being who chooses to ask a website about this event that is written to which I advise if true you are impaled by a spike, get to the E.R. stat.
