Like "luxury apartment". A "luxury high-rise apartment" just sounds like you have a better view of a swamp.

They don't have cockroaches in Florida.
They refer to them as "Palmetto Beetles".
As in "Oh the guy will be over this morning to spray your condo for Palmetto Beetles." Makes it sound more like a tropical paradise.
Ive been in dade county jail and what we call cockroaches where I live were the size of mice there. It was disgusting.
I call them palmetto bugs. Never heard of them refered to as palmetto beetles before.
And we differentiate them from our regular cockroaches (which we have plenty of since cockroaches love damp places) because they're the huge flying ones that commonly live in and around palmetto trees.
Florida is an excellent place to get naked. Beautiful nudist resorts with high end amenities. Friendly people, many on holiday from Europe and Canada.

Depends. Sometimes the term luxury is used at a 2 star hotel like "luxury suite" and sometimes at a genuine upscale apartment or housing complex like "luxury living". Florida does have a lot of gators but not all properties are next to swamps especially gated living communities or multimillion dollar homes.
Florida is beautiful. Most of it isnt swamps. Its very tropical. Something about Florida is special man I always feel euphoria the whole time im there and my nasal issues go away. Theres always something to do. And the women there are way hotter. Those cuban chics are fuckin badddd. Theres alot of fags kissing and shit there but you'll also see lesbians. Not the butch kind either the hot kind. Ive only seen that in pornos until I went to miami.
If you look up best tropical places in the world Florida is definitely not on any list. think Seychelles, Maldives, Fiji, Tahiti, Bermuda
, Barbados. In the US just Hawaii.

Ive never been to those other places but im telling you florida is the shit. Its always fun especially if you like beautiful women and partying. Theres always something stupid happening too. I've lived in Florida my whole life, in various cities. I lived in a few high rises and my only views were concrete jungle or the Atlantic or the gulf; thats pretty much the nature of high rise views. There are swamps for sure, there is a big one in Gainesville. Go Gators!

Florida does actually have some very nice and charming areas to live in... with no swamp in sight.
