Australia! I say this for a multitude of reasons.
My goal is to get there one way or another. I really want to do a semester abroad in the 'Land Down Under'.
Also, they've got kangaroo's, tons of beaches, really cool sites, animals with cool names like: dingos, brumbys, and platypus'. They also have cool phrases like ''Put the shrimp on the barbie'' and ''I'll kill you if you go near my billabong!''
And did I mention they have kangaroos there?
In terms of the "best" Universities, USA and UK are the place to be!
But hopefully you know what you want to study, so research which Universities are the best for your degree, pick a few that are within your expected grades.
Also, a huge part is the country itself, I suggest you brush up on the culture of the places you're thinking about, see what sounds appealing:) Also, another important thing is the fees! I'm not sure about other countries, but in England it's steep, so look into it:)
My goal is to go to Durham University in England, and I'm English, so I don't know about the other countries:/ However, they all sound great, except for Ireland maybe. Lovely place, but I'm not sure how great the Universities are. But I definitely suggest you look into Scotland, specifically Edinburgh!! Very good place to go:)
If you need any help choosing just ask:)
Out of those, I'd choose New Zealand. I'm from the UK already, Ireland doesn't interest me that much, nor does Australia, but New Zealand would be a more interesting experience I'm sure.
But not out of those options, I'd study abroad in another European country; Spain, Germany maybe, Iceland - somewhere a bit different and not so Americanised.
For a good education i would say the uk but it costs exchange students about £9,000 a year already so fuck knows what it will cost next year.
Yay for Australia!
Come to Melbourne it's way better than Sydney :D cultural capital of Aus!
It's been classified as the world's most livable city 3 times including last year
and ranked in the top 10 global university cities RMIT since 2006
(just sayin' I've never had a shrimp from the 'barbie'.. there are vegans here!)
If you are in Europe, go to Scotland. Uni education is free there if you are European, unless you are English, for some reason.
If you are not in Europe, stay away from the UK, the costs are outrageous. I'd keep to my own country in most cases.
I only picked Australia because of the weather xD
On the other hand I really love history and I know England has very old universities dating from the middle ages, I would find it really cool to study in one of those but it's what you prefer really.
I think both have good universities.
