I don't have a blu-ray drive. I obtain digital copies of the media that would otherwise come on blu-ray and use Windows Media Player with the Shark007 codec pack to play the video files.

Blu-ray player can play Blu-ray also DVD, but DVD player can't player Blu-ray. So it is necessary to find a good Blu-ray player software enjoy. I haven't tried the fourth above, here is a free software(seems only free for Dec15-19) you can try: free Macgo Windows Blu-ray player.

I really thought there should be more options for what I use now isn't included- Macgo Windows Blu-ray Player, which I thought pretty easy to use with powerful functions. While I heard Aurora is also not bad.

I guess my PC came with PowerDVD but even though I have a BluRay-Player integrated in my PC I tend to prefer to just watch BluRays with my PS3^^

I have a blu-ray drive and I got a CD of PowerDVD 7 along with it. Sadly the CD doesen't work and I found out I will now have to buy a software that costs at least 90 $.

So far I've been using every test version of every blu-ray software I could find.

    Sucks.

I have both on my Mac, one is free VLC, another is a relatively professional one Macgo Mac Blu-ray Player. I met some occasions that VLC is failed in some BDs I purchased from Amazon, I will switch to the second, and Macgo offers free trial use, too.

I have Since then bought "Corel WinDVD Pro" and I'm quite happy with it.
I didn't want to buy PowerDVD because... well, fuck 'em for giving me a broken CD.
        VLC didn't work for me.
