Ah well, i saw the upcoming post by someone else asking basically this question, but only focused on overweight gals. Upon commenting, i was first told to go make my own poll, then deleted.
So, guess what, here i am with my own, because yeah, it's interesting and the best stuff the search function turned up was quite questionable.

    Being really skinny myself I can say that I can't stand skinny chicks, its rather gross in my honest opinion.

        hehe, as i mentioned before to someone in reply:

        The image is taken from an article where they ASKED guys what they prefer, and woman what they see themselves as and what they think guys prefer.

        Unfortunately it's a bit smaller than in the original here, but the results are color-coded in.

        Guys MOSTLY choose 5, or the 4-7 area(seems anonymity shifts that down to 3-6)

        Women generally saw themselves as 1-2 sizes larger than they actually were, and most were convinced guys would prefer 2-3.

        As for the jerking off: Maybe for diversity? If they prefer a 5 and have one at home, then looking at a 3 in porn would be "something different"...(of course, then, an 8 would be as well, but i guess it's only a matter of preference then)

    I'd prefer her to have more fat that muscle I suppose. It seems to show higher estrogen in my opinion. when I say I dont mean "fat". I mean curvy/ healthy.

    Anywhere between 2 and 8 inclusive :P That might sound like a wide range, but only 1 and 9 would necessarily be genuinely unappealing to me. I'll vote for 6 *shrugs*

    I'd probably go up to 6 or 7. I don't know where I fit in, my pants size is 6-7 and my BMI is around 22 =/

    I can't see myself with a large woman, I just can't. I have known some that are very good looking, but usually they look kind of slobby to me. There's got to be an element of carelessness in there when you are talking about the 8 and 9 range.

    I'd be willing to make an exception, because some big women are built big and carry themselves really well, but most of the time, it's just... unappealing.

    4 to 5 range is fine with me, in fact I probably wouldnt push too much into the 6 range at all even.

    Fit, and athletic women are the sexiest women.

    I tend to stay in the 4,5 or 6 range, although I have been as high as a 7 and as low as a 2. Every girl is different, so it mostly depends on her personal shape, as well as style. As some styles can be more complimenting to different shapes.

    I've gone beyond both ends of that scale. It's a shame you didn't have numbers as poll answers. I'd be interested to see what people would choose.

    As for me, I'd go anywhere on that scale but four, five and six look like they'd be fun. Can I choose more than one at the same time? :P

        Yeah, I agree, I've often thought the same. Particularly for multi-scalar answers like:

        Man, yes, Blue
        Man, no, Blue
        Man, yes, Red
        Man, no, Red
        Woman, yes, Blue
        Woman, no, Blue
        Woman, yes, Red
        Woman, no, Red

        Just to have three radio button groups for man-woman, yes-no, blue-red would be great!

          oh well, but in those cases, it may go overboard. Or the answers may not be reasonable any more as you can't properly "display" them in a way that us mere mortals can comprehend the connections.

          E.g. in your example, knowing there's 20 men and 10 woman and 20 yes and 10 no-answers alone will not state anything. It could be split evenly or all the woman may have said yes.

          And when you add options:

          Option 1: under 20, 20-35, 36-50, over 50
          Option 2: blue, red, green, yellow
          Option 3: yes, no, maybe

          You're looking at a vastitude of combinations...and people are not ready to use that responsibly.

          Although sometimes i'd love to have gender-color-coded answering.

          Anyway, i'd already be quite happy with normal multiple choice tickboxes. Like in this poll...3, 4, 5, done. There's plenty of questions where "multiple choice" would be really useful.

      mostly, what i want to "hear" is what people think when they are covered by anonymity.
      I took this picture from an article, in which people were DIRECTLY asked about what they prefer(or what they think guys prefer for females). Matter of factly, the dominating direct answers are color-coded into the scale(just saying).
      Mostly, then, i was wondering if that result would stay the same if people were asked anonymously.(as i'd expect some people to have a fetish for either extreme, too...)
