Which eye do you close when drawing?

When drawing/painting from real life (observational,) which eye do you tend to close most often?

I was just sitting in art class and wondering if anyone else closes their left eye when drawing like I do.

Left eye 8
Right eye 6
I don't close any eye 41
Whatever gives me the best view 11
I don't draw observational 1
I don't draw at all 4
Why is this even a question? 6

    Both at the same time. It turns out just as well the way my art is.

    I haven't drawn or made any art in a while but I think I would do what I do normally with my eyes and that's to close them both at the same time.

    I close both eyes and bear down. 99% of the time it'll be a shart

    I don't think I've ever closed an eye while drawing, but I'll tilt my head around and move around a bit to get an idea of how the figure/objects are positioned sometimes.

      Same here for most of the time.
      Or I'll turn my head upside down or step away about 10 feet.

    I don't usually close one eye for drawing. However if I close one for focus, it's usually my left because my right eye has slightly better vision.

    Also, I wink with my left eye.

      Interesting. I have a hard time winking with my right eye, for some reason.
