Errr never tried google plus...might have to now but even still I think FB is better
I decided to check out Google+ after reading this. Well, I was surprised-I liked it!! I think it's far better than FB.
Haven't used Google Plus, but it's only in Beta and already a ton of people are using it.
My bet is that Google+ will takeover Facebook and FB will become like Myspace (Almost no one using it).
Other: They are both shit.
Facebook has no point. People post pointless, useless and random stuff all the time, thinking that others might be interested to know the exact time when they had to take a dump or something.
Google+ works differently, but in the end it's as pointless as Facebook.
It's like asking for the lesser of two evils.
How about real life? Is that an option lol?
other, I deleted all my social networks and can feel that my life certainly got much better not having a bunch of ex's and people I couldn't care less about constantly sticking their noses in my life.
I can't be bothered with Google+, it seems too convoluted. I actually like my social networks simple, and Facebook (for the most part) is simple.
FB also has almost everyone on it (I doubt even a quarter of the people I know have a Google+ account) so in terms of networking it has an inherent advantage.
I don't have either, so it's hard to know.
However, I did do the G+ tutorial and it was pretty innovative.
I tried using google+ and its just not the same
and few of my friends use it so im not really up to starting over again.
Facebook has alright games also and some of the new features are alright.
Facebook definitely, I don't wan't to start answering friend invites all over again, plus re importing and tagging photo's...
Also Facebook tends to be more responsive to privacy issues than Google... Or at least I think that's the case since Facebook is the smaller company and it has the most to loose.
Google already handles my emails, my search and history, my android mobile phone account, now to hand it my life stories... no thank you.
I wouldn't want one account to be compromised, and then have my digital life wrecked, eggs in two baskets if you will!
Plus I actually dig the new features on Facebook. You open it and everything you want to know is right there BAM!
