I've done rock climbing, I have been on the highest roller coaster in the world and I have gone skydiving :D
Chasing tornadoes sounds like a hoot, to me. Maybe when I'm too old to sail?
Sitting in a big rollercoaster? So it isn't in motion? That doesn't sound too scary.
Bungee jumping. I don't trust that cord at all. I don't trust the length or the durability. I'd rather rely on the parachute.
I picked Climbing Mount Everest because of the fact that they mark the easiest route upwards using the frozen dead bodies of the failed mountain climbers scattered on Mount Everest, and also the fact that freezing to death is one of the most painful ways to die.
This is hard to answer because I have loved doing or am fascinated by every one of them. If I had to pick, skydiving for least scary. And rafting as most challenging since it's the only one in that list that's the most fast-paced and may require quick thinking
Chasing tornadoes, that sounds like adrenalin fueled fun, even though the rollercoaster is safer I think I'd find it more scary
Sitting ON a roller coaster? No thanks, I'd rather sit IN a roller coaster and not die.

The worlds biggest roller coaster would be the least scary. It sounds like fun actually. Then again I wouldn't know since I've never been on one. Lol
The least scary dare would be to traverse from a building to another on a thin rope at 1000 feet high
