Azkaban has always been and will always be my favourite, I just love the overall "quirky" style and also Harry actually looks like the Harry I imagine in the books in this one
I feel like the first film has more of a subtle English charm or something, so first for me. (Maybe it's nostalgia.) I like them all quite a bit.
I have different opinions of the movies than I have of the books, but I thought goblet of fire was the best movie...it was sort of made to be a film, very visual, very action packed.
The Goblet of Fire is my favourite of the films, the way it captures all the comical awkwardness of being 14 without dragging it out into yet another teen soap opera. Durmstrung and Beuxbaton's entrances to Hogwarts, Ron being forced to waltz with McGonagall, and Myrtle getting in the bath with Harry were all classic scenes.
I randomly get the Yule Ball music playing in my head sometimes.
Azkaban was great but nothing really tops the first. And honorable mentions goes to HBP for being wonderfully morose.
