It totally depends on the skin color and skin tone of the Lady.
What looks stunning on one Lady would look horrendous on another.
But, Both ladies would look stunning if they had the colors that matched their skin color and tone.
Depends, are we talking natural hair colour only or including dyed? Because I personally find bleach blondes more attractive than natural blondes
