I'd say Islam in terms of today's age. Christianity was pretty bad some centuries ago with the crusades, though.
I don't know. I know what the news wants us to believe but that isn't always the case.
Neither; both religions are clearly against it.
Extremists are another dimension.
But who comes to mind when you think of an evil person? Hitler was no Christian or Muslim. You can't go by it, you can only go by the individual.

Mankind (there's an oxymoron man-kind) likes to wage war, torture, kill, maim and slaughter on a mass scale, unlike any other species on the planet.
Religion gives mankind another 'excuse' to do that.

Don't they kill people for being unfaithful over there because it's against God? I just read about a young woman being sentenced to death for this.
Just read the news. 99% of terrorist acts are performed by Islamic militants. The stats are there, opinions are unnecessary.
The problem is that the media only focuses on the bad things in islam, instead of the good things. They don't say anything about the bad things in christianity eventhough it's there. I don't like religion, but it is ridiculous that people think badly of a religion that is supposed to be peaceful.
Thankfully technology has more finesse than religion. We neutralize threats with precision missiles launched from drones while watching from satellites to identify targets and confirm kills. Collateral damage is minimized.
Unfortunately, MTV keeps the fire burning with their sexualized media feeds that offend Islamic sensibilities.
Christianity really isn't a blank page when it comes to bad things. But in today's ages, islam is much worse and backwards. It's almost comparable to christianity in the middle ages.
