If there was an accident and you can only save ONE out of these four most vulnerable, which would you save and why? I picked the kid since I think they're the most important out of the four. How about you?

Thought this question would be harder. Obviously you save the kid first.
Not surprised some people would save the animal first, though, assuming it's cute and small. Heck, if they're cute enough and small enough, you could probably save both the child and the animal, one in each hand.
Gotta feel bad for the elderly guy, though. He got NO votes. If it was just him and a younger but autistic adult, IIN users would save the autistic guy every time.
Yeah, its pretty alarming. I don't have kids and even I know they're waaay more important than an old person who's going to die any day now, an adult who already has done things, and an animal who probably can't even show gratitude. XD
What's also alarming is the fact that this post triggered someone on here enough to respond with their own IIN post. XD

I'm not saying you're not important. I'm just saying that I'm picking the kid in this scenario. I'm sorry but nothing's going to convince me to save an adult, an old timer, or a brainless animal first.
Kids are dumb and brainless anyway. It's probably a little shit like the Buljer killers.
You're not exactly making the autistic adult look like the best decision when you act like this. People might look at your jealous behavior and think "oh if this is how autistic people act, I'm going to save the child, animal, or old person instead."
Make a compelling argument and people will flock to your side. You've done that before on this site. Do it again. Btw I don't think you're a bad person.
Child because if they're in danger I could easily hand them over to the appropriate authority figures.
I know I don't like children much but I would put them as first to be saved.
Elderly: although they're helpless, other people's time is worth more because they got longer to live. Nevermimd they're harder to save.
Animal: can usually save themselves because of natural instinct. If they can't do that, then saving them will just be as much of a hassle as en elderly
Autistic person: same case as elderly except it depends on how autistic they are. Could prob save themself
Child: has a future and could be helpless depending on the age. Easy to pick up and save, unlike an adult or elderly

Autistic adult: depending on the severity of their disability they are either a useless eater anyway or are all there enough to have the responsibility of saving themself.
Old person: they have had their life and are going to die soon anyway.
Animal: it’s not a person, doesn’t have feelings, and wouldn’t know what’s going on anyway.
I save whomever is closest to me, and easiest for me to carry. However, if the elderly people are my parents I'm going to save them first, and the same goes for the animal if it's my pet!
Animal (a moth maybe?) Some of them have beautiful wing patterns, it’d be a shame to lose that.
