Which should i consult about my knee issues

I work a labour job which might fall under agriculture. Since I have started this job have developed joint pain in knees, stiff shoulders and body aches. My knees tend to often lock making it hard to walk. What type of doctor/proffesional should I consult about this? Also I'm infected with poison Ivy, so I don't know if that affects this.

Typically, you need to see your primary care physician first and they check you out, order testing and then refer you to a specialist if deemed necessary. Specialists usually require a referral. So yeah, go to your regular doctor first or if it's urgent then go to the Emergency Dept.

Your doctor may prescribe an elastic bandage or knee brace to increase support for your joint and reduce swelling. Take anti-inflammatory medicine. Certain medicine can also reduce swelling and hasten healing.

Clearly you need to find some other kind of work.
