    As a proud Kentuckian, I must say Kentucky. U of Louisville and U of Kentucky have both taken home the national championship in the last 2 years.

    California has some good ones, UCLA CAL STANFORD ST MARYS and another private that I cant remember. Most other states just have like one or two with the occasional really good one. As far as an entire statewide program goes, CA takes the cake.
