Me and most of my family are afraid of lifts falling or stalling.

    What's a lift? You mean an elevator? People get cut in half by those things all the time.

    The hospital that my brother is in has a bunch of elevators. Some new, and some that are REALLY old. An employee told me about how the old ones used to get stuck all the time. Because of the wonky way the hospital is built, I have to use one of the old ones and I worry that it might get stuck one day.

    At 5'11" I don't need them. Only short guys need to use them. I guess if they could break an ankle if they weren't used to them and fell off.
