    It depends on how much anwl you do. If you do a good or extra deep pounding its important but 9/10 is otherwise undeeded if the guy is average size. Its all about the ananotamy. Its neat.               In South East Asia there are many M to F trans. In thailand they are called kathoeys, literally means ladyboy and they are fully accepted here as the third gender.

        Sorry, I'm English. A loo is a toilet, and a bum gun is a small water spray, much like the ones hairdressers use for shampoos, thet you use to wash your backside after a number 2.

        It's hilarious when those people lie, and call it a douche! 🤣 Douches are for cooches. Enemas are for poop chutes. Either way if someone douches too much, or has too many enemas it will mess up the flora/microbiome of either orifice.
