Why am i so afraid of social media? iin?

I am so terrified of social media, I dont have facebook, twitter, instagram, or any of that. I used to have them all. But I deleted every single thing I had and every single thing I could! I am afraid to use my name online and take photos now too?! everytime I try to make a account i end up deleting it in less than an hour. WHY am I like this? It really stresses me out, I think im depressed....idk.
and also, I show up on google and it scares me ugh

    I wouldn't jump the gun in calling you depressed. What made you suddenly delete them after having them all? Are you similarly anxious/afraid in public?

    Well it seems that you have a bigger problem in general. You have a fear to show yourself, it means that you are afraid of being judged by other people.

    Turning negative thoughts to positive takes some time.
    Do you have socialphobia/anxiety?

    wao im in the same boat as you... i thought i was the only one fearing social media but guess not. i used to have fb and ig but now i dont.
