Well as someone who is weird them self, I find that life is more interesting that way. You get funny reactions from people you don't know and you can meet other people who are just like you. YEAH.

It's hard to tell nowadays, if the people who are acting strange really are strange or if their strangeness is really an act like, thinking that acting strange will set them apart and somehow make themselves look cool.

SS will be fine for many years to come if people would just leave it alone. It is the ONLY US government system that actually functions as it was designed to. It is healthy and very far from having anything to do with the budget.
Would you really deny me my stipend? Gosh, my wife would leave me if I didn't have all that wealth coming in each month. All $227,66 a month of it! Trust me, as my licensing authority, I absolutely HATE the USCG. No argument there.
As for the NWS, if I did my job half as well as they do theirs, I'd have sunk every vessel I ever operated, twice, before I even got it out of the slip, so no argument there either.
I'm aware of the USPS and the blunders there, but a great deal of their problems followed the rise of the internet.
