Why are younger females so weird?

I'm in my 30s single. Sometimes I would catch younger females looking at me and when I look back they look away fast. Sometimes some of them would keep staring at me with a weird smile look on their face almost like their in heat. Some of them are as young as 16/17 and have boyfriends. When their at my parents house visiting my 19year old brother and Im also there they would make sounds like a sudden cough or talking to themself,laughing hard giggling and soon as I notice them they stop. Is this normal behaviour for young women? I know I'm in my 30s but I still dont understand women

    Yes, it's normal. Grils, and young women can be silly, and giggly.
    That's what makes them adorable.

      It makes me think of them as idiotic whenever I talk to them they don't give me a straight answer like they said I fancied someone I said why do you think that and they say customers you were talking to them alot so it's a subjective cute
