Why can't boys be shirtless in school?
If my school had air conditioning this would not be a problem and since my chest is so small I am not a distraction to the girls in clas.

At school, you're there to learn. Things like this are distracting and actually are against the law for legitimate reasons.
Why can't girls wear bras in school? If you say "because perverts would stare at them" guess what, dear? The same reason applies to boys.
Because school is a formal place, dear god. If girls in most schools cant even show their shoulder blades or their calves in class, then you definitely cant take off your shirt.
Because of social bullshit and everything, if my mother wasn't a bitch I would turn up shirtless everyday
I would avoid it mostly for the pedophiles teachers... male and female no matter, they are there
For the same reason you don't just randomly take off your shirt in public. It's impolite.
Air conditioning is degenerate and should be banned. It is indicative of societal decadence and social decay.
While in college, my son had an economics class. His professor told them that before air conditioning, people sat outside on their porch, walked around town, and spent more time outdoors because it was cooler than staying inside. They talked and got to know their neighbors. It makes perfect sense. Now, people just hole up inside their house. If you look at old houses, they all had front porches. That WAS their air conditioning. I had relatives that lived in Pittsburgh in the 50s and 60s. In the evenings, men would sit out on their porches and listen to the Pirates on the radio. In a way, that was a social event in the neighborhood that took place over 150 times during the spring, summer, and early fall. I don't feel that it should be banned. However, I wish people weren't so dependent on it.
As far as I'm concerned schools should focus on teaching and not concern themselves with students' appearances, even if they opt to come to class naked. But that's not going to happen anytime soon, and what you suggest is only slightly more likely.
