Why do i pee when i throw up?

I had recovered from bulimia years ago, and when I would puke, I'd pee my pants and it was embarrassing! right now if I get sick and barf I would still pee. what is up with that? btw I never been pregnant.

    It's not really normal, but not especially abnormal either.
    Since you mentioned that you've never been pregnant, I'm guessing that you're aware that this can be caused by underdeveloped or damaged kegel muscles. However it can also be caused by overdeveloped abdominal muscles, so if you are particularly muscular in that region, you may literally be squeezing the pee out of your bladder when the muscles contract

    I know some women that pee when that laugh. I bet that they laugh more frequently than you puke. So it sounds like you are better off than the other ladies.

    I think it's not unheard of for this to happen especially if vomiting is especially violent.
