Why does greta van susteren facial expressions look weird, stiff?

Did Greta Van Susteren have a mini-stroke or something, her talking looks tight, stiffened, or just not relaxed. Does anyone else notice this?

      I've heard of people healing themselves 100% from Bell's palsy, but it seems Greta's has never healed unless I missed it.
