When I look at art of two MEN kissing or doing sexual poses/acts, my vagina tingles. Its weird because I know I am getting turned on, but I am a woman.

It's entirely possible for a woman to think that something they're seeing or hearing about isn't appealing at all, but for them to become physically aroused (in other words, for their vagina to lubricate) because a subconscious part of their brain is thinking 'Hey! We're seeing a sexual situation here, so we better get ready to have sex!'
The classic example of this is how when women who were wired up to sensors that could detect vaginal lubrication were shown video of chimpanzees mating, the sensors detected increased lubrication, even though they didn't find the scenes erotic at all.
