Why does windows 8 have such a spotty internet connection?

Windows 8 computer keeps losing internet connection. First time was a simple fix I just turned on and off my modem. Yet now it 's disconnecting randomly for no reason.

    It could be a combination of a shitty OS (sorry had to say it) and a dodgy WIFI network. Do you have other devices connected to the WIFI network?

    Because its new and the bugs are still being worked out. I swear my laptop updated like two to three times a day when I got it and now it still does. It's annoying but hey, it's improving... I guess...

    Windows 7 has been one of the better os that I have used. The only other OS that matches windows 7 was windows xp back when it was still fully supported. Windows 8 is pretty much an apple os clone.
