Why don't snooker player haircuts ever change?

Sportsmen and women change their haircut all the time. Why do snooker players choose a haircut aged fifteen and then stick with it until they die?

The only thing I have to contribute to this topic is that whenever Peter Ebdon is about to take a shot, he transforms into John Malkovich. Only then, though.

    See, look.

He looks nothing like John Malkovich: http://news.bbcimg.co.uk/media/images/48520000/jpg/_48520077_ebdon.jpg

    BUT THEN:

P.S. That's one of the two things thing I know about snooker that I didn't learn from That Mitchell and Webb Look. The other thing is that the American pronunciation of the word "snooker" is the stupidest thing I've ever heard.

      (I'm American.)

Because snooker, unlike most sports, isn't obsessed with having a cool, modern image.

EDIT: Judd Trump has good hair. That is all.

  • I love sports, but even I find snooker hard to watch.

    • Good point. I think he may be the exception that proves the rule.

    • That's because he's the only interesting character in snooker.

Peter Ebdon once had very long hair in a ponytail. Then he decided to go for the bald look.

This made me think of Bill Hicks.
