Why is the human body not meant to consume beef and milk?
I love eating beef and I love drinking milk. Multiple people have told me both are bad for me and that the human body isn't meant to consume it. Are bovine just bad or something?

Milk I understand. But the beef thing makes no sense. Probably some hippie tryin to make you convert into a hippo. I mean hippie.
Meh, I believe in everything in moderation, myself. If our bodies couldn't handle beef or milk, I'm sure they'd reject them.
Yeah that's a myth red meat is good for you. Probably some shit vegans made up.
Humans are designed to eat meat. Our digestive systems are way too acidic to be herbivorous. In fact our stomach acid used to be stronger indicating we were carrion scavengers for a time. After the invention of fire our stomach acid didnt need to be that strong so now it's only about as strong as battery acid.
As for milk lactose tolerance is lost after infancy. Except for cultures and bloodlines that had milk producing livestock. More food to eat = better survival odds. That's why only a few groups of people are naturally lactose tolerant through genetics.
Meat is very good for you. For millions of years your ancestors were almost completely carnivores. But now they say that it causes heart disease because it has too much saturated fat. But then they say avocado oil is healthy for your heart even tho it has 100x more saturated fat per calorie. The American heart association wont just admit they have been wrong on dietary advice. Sugar is whats killing everyone its not the meat. People are waking up to it finally.
People freak out because meat raises LDL cholesterol like all fat foods but high LDL isnt even a good predictor of heart disease. You have to look at the HDL to triglyceride ratio. If your ratio is right it doesnt matter if your LDL is high because this means lipoproteins in your LDL are so big you cant get clogged arteries from it. Theres plenty of research I can send you for this. The best measure of heart disease risk is actually your waist to height ratio and also your HDL to Triglycerides level. You can not get a good HDL to triglyceride ratio eating the diet the American heart association recommends. This is why heart disease skyrocketed since theyve recommended lowering meat consumption and eating a high carbohydrate diet.
Personally I completely believe we aren’t meant to drink animal milk as adult humans. I mean, why would we be ? That isn’t going to stop me though, even though I’m entirely convinced I’m slowly becoming lactose intolerant as I get older.
Also as someone with a heart condition, I’m told to avoid beef like the plague, and the science is there that overconsumption of red meat will knock you out.
Also ! Fun historical fact ! Of the few cases where we can determine the cause of death based on early man and Neanderthal remains, overconsumption of meat is one of the most popular findings.
Those mammoth-eaters were actively dying due to their consumption of meats, though some scientists say it was also the consumption of predator meat that was adding the extra harm. Scientists were able to conclude this due to excess buildup that still today kills many people in the form of heart disease and other cardiac issues.
Anyway, to be dead honest, I think the vegans are right in a lot of ways. I’m just not going to listen.
Carnivore's intestines are a lot shorter so that meat nd dairy doesn't stay in their intestines for so long. Vegans and vegetarians have flat teeth and choppers to chop a bit and chew, while as carnivores have sharp teeth to tear thru meat. Our level of acidity in our stomachs is no match for the digestion of meat... the list goes on. I knew about a website that had all the comparisons and it's obvious that humans are vegans.
Our stomach acid is way stronger than what's needed for meat digestion. That level of acidity implies that we scavenged carrion at one point, as you need strong stomach acid to combat rotting meat, something carnivores wont even stomach. (That's why playing super dead is a great defense)
As for our teeth, its consistent with being omnivorous, and it's mostly styled for the ability to speak in greater specificity. After the invention of fire we ate less hard foods.
For our brains (which take a full third of our daily caloric input) cannot be sustained upon solely by being vegetarian. As hunter gatherers clearly ate meat as apart of their diet. Cave paintings, an abundance of bone tools, very obvious evidence in hunting culture throughout the entirety of human and proto-human history. The same brains that require protien is the same reason why we invented knives to cut fresh meat into bite sized peices. So you didnt have to find an already roting corpse and hit it with a rock until you can drink the bone marrow.
