Why my feet and palms sweat ?

Especially in summers' my palms and feet's get sweaty even though i am not doing any exercise ,or under nervous etc.
IDK why is it happening ! . Need your opinions.

    Your hands and feet do have more sweat glands than other parts of your body.

    Idk about the specifics of how the body knows which body part to sweat from or if it's even a localized process.

    Wish I knew this. My feet usually start sweating 2 minutes after I put shoes on, so much I bring spare socks to change at work.

    Hands are same way
