    Look up peter neffenger on wikipedia

    Neffenger is chairman of the Board of Directors of Smartmatic, a multinational company that specializes in building and implementing electronic voting systems."

    Smartmatic is the voting software used in Dominion voting machines.

    Heres a segment CNN did on this same voting software in 2005 saying its used to rig elections
