    There is a big difference between actually wanting to have a threesome and just having it as a fantasy.     Its a fantasy, you don't always have to act on it. But its good that you and your wife communicate like that with one another. But I would suggest doing your research before acting on it if you do. I know some people who when they say threesome they mean two people (presumably the couple) have sex/intercourse while the third party just helps with foreplay.
