Will i gain the weight back?

Nineteen days ago I woke up early, after a night out with friends, vomiting every hour. I'll spare you the details of how sick I was. The very next day I was just starting to feel better when I started to show signs of getting sick again but with something else. Since then I haven't been able to get better and I've been loosing a little weight each day. The weight lost worries me the most because I'm a skinny person to begin with. Is this just normal and after I'm healthy again I'll gain it back or is this a serious problem?

I got "Delhi belly" (food poisoning) on a trip to India a year and a half ago. Over 10 days of explosive crapping, I lost 10 pounds. I was trim to start with, exercise often, and have a high metabolism. It took almost a year to gain back all the weight. Bonus - I look better because I lost fat while sick and put on more muscle when I gained the weight back.

You'll gain it back. I got sick back in November and lost ten pounds in that month from all the vomiting and the loss of my taste buds. Once I got better, the nausea was gone, my sense of taste was back, and I gained back the ten pounds.
