Will my hair grow back again or is it permanent?

So growing up I was really insecure about my frizzy hair so i always wore my hair up almost all the time even when Im asleep cuz I just kept forgetting that I tied my hair up. I have a lot of hair and it’s long so it’s heavy and my hairline slowly receded. I only stopped doing it til I was in my early 20s when I finally gained confidence about my hair. Do you think my hairline will ever go back to the way it was or do you think its permanent?:(Thank you.

    If your hair loss was caused by the constant tension, it will heal itself over time as long as you leave it alone. Try to avoid doing anything to irritate the area or damage the skin any more, like scratching your scalp or washing your hair with water that's too hot.

    If you must tie your hair up for any reason, make sure you aren't tying back too tightly and that it doesen't cause any pain. It will probably be a while before you see it get noticeably better, so don't get too worried if it doesen't heal right away.

    That's called traction alopecia and yes it can grow back if you stop doing that.

    Not permanent. It will go back to normal over time.

      It does if it was caused by pulling the hair back. That's one of many things that causes temporary hair loss
