Will yoga help?

My hips and inner thigh/groin area feel stiff a lot these days. I was wondering if yoga would help? I can't do a split (I can go halfway) so will yoga increase my suppleness?
Can any of you give me a link to a good website where I can find good yoga poses specifically to stretch my hip and thigh area and increase my flexibility there?

    Yoga might help, but I think it is better if you give aerobics a try. This way, you can exercise and start loosening up your stiff area slowly. I'm sure Yoga is also a good option, do what you feel comfortable (:

    Yoga would benefit u hugely. Just type in yoga. Imo it should be done nude too. Plenty of nude yoga videos u can copy.
