I have a friend who really wishes he was a little girl. He is a grown man (something of which I remind him frequently) but he seems completely hell-bent on reversing his gender and age. I can see absolutely no good that could possibly come of this.
Is there some sort of medication I could get him to take?

This kind of sounds like Micheal Jackson. I guess there is a number of reasons one could want to be a little kid again. It could be that he is transgender and feels they missed out on a childhood. That they are secretly a pedophilia and wants to be a little kid so it would not be AS WRONG fucking other kids that age. That they wanted to grow up as a different person with a different child hood. Like wanted to grow up a girl and having girl experiences and felt what it was like being treated as a girl not a boy. If they are a pedophile and want an excuses to fuck kids yes they have medication for that. However the medication from what Its suppose to make them unable or not want sex. Those are some possibilities so good luck with your friend I hope everything works out.
I guess if he identified his inner child as little girl that would be kinda okay. Hopefully he understands he will never be a little girl. He could have a disfiguring operation to become an unattractive woman and be stuck taking hormones for the rest of his life but he'll never be a little girl.
Maybe he just needs some dolls and the occasional tea party.
I understand that many of you are trying to "defend" the person in question (whoever he is), but I see no point in the knee-jerk, overly emotional, PC reactions to RoseIsabella's input. She has the right to freedom of speech just as anyone does, and I saw nothing particularly hateful about her replies anyway.
Furthermore, this guy (whoever he is) said absolutely nothing about ever even considering something like gender reassignment surgery, so you can just drop that right now.
As for being pissed about seeing this thread, nah; I have a feeling he actually got a good laugh out of it. (Again, WHOEVER he is.......)
Give him lots of acid, shave his whole body and lock him in an abandoned fun house full of dolls, an assortment of wigs, frilly dresses, hair bows, candy, and sex toys. Wait, forget the sex toys.
Medication? For wanting to be who he really is? He was born in the wrong body and wants to relive his childhood, completely understandable.

You do know that there are tons of neurobiological, hormonal, glandular, developmental, mutational, and genetic reasons for transgender people, right? (Unlike race, outside of 'albino') Like, you haven't been living under a rock and you're not speaking about something you know absolutely nothing about, right? Right???

I dressed up as a girl for the last three months recently quit. I loved it, I looked hot and I never had better sex. Maybe his underlying problem is that he has an image in his mind of who he really is and all the things he/she missed out on at a certain age. It's completely normal. People try to fill these kinds of holes all the time (no pun intended) !
