Working at a bot factory

I am an experienced software engineer that has just received a rather lucrative offer to write bots for a dating website. I know ways to codify the structure of natural language, and could easily write source code to create convincing responses to dating questions and conversation, for both men and women.

Question is should I accept the offer? It's well into 6 digits, but although the misrepresentation could provide entertainment, it could ultimately cause disappointment. What should I do?

Proceed with caution. Sometimes these bots are scams. 5
Nope. False pretenses never end well. 4

    • I've been pursuing my dream job of cutting the fairway at a golf course at dawn everyday. But, I am always told I am overqualified.

There is already a bot here at IIN. This article suggests good ways to spot them.
