Working out better

What is better for gaining the most cardio endurance? Working out lighter but more days a week or working out harder but less days a week?

For example doing a light jog dor 15 minutes 6 days a week

Or doing the stairs and sprinting then jogging 3 times a week

Working harder for 3 days a week 0
Working lighter for 6 days a week 5

    Pretty sure you work lighter and longer for cardio, but I'm not expert.

    I don't think 15 minutes is getting it done, though. Something between those two workouts is probably best. Like a fast jog, 30 minutes, 4 times a week or something.

    Um idk how i found this post cos im pretty unfit but I would recommend swimming and treadmill but not to excert yourself
