Worried about coming off the contraceptive pill

I'm hoping to fall pregnant later this year. I have a holiday booked for June this year to Florida so I don't want to become pregnant before as I wouldn't be able to do the rides etc. I'm thinking of coming off in May after my last period, a month before my holiday. If i happen to fall pregnant within that month then it would be very early and i proverb wouldn't know i was anyway. But what will happen with my periods when i stop? Will I bleed again straight away? Will it be heavy? I've heard some people say I will have a withdrawal period and then another period a few weeks later? Ild prefer not to be on whilst I'm away especially if it's heavy, but I don't want to wait too long to start trying for a baby. But if i do come on whilst on holiday it wouldn't be the end of the world. I hope that all makes sense. Thank you x

I doubt if anyone can predict how your body will respond to coming off the pill. What on earth is the problem with waiting until you come back from your holiday before you stop taking it?

My only experience in this area is that I never had a period when I came off the pill because I became pregnant immediately, but apparently that's fairly unusual

I don't want to leave it too late that's all as I'm 31 now.

Well then go off the pill and take your chances, but I don't see how a few weeks will make much difference
