If I and a random street girl agree to having sex with whatever exchange for goods or something and I call her a girlfriend, would that still be considered imaginary as air humping??
Thats actually really normal. A lot of hookers are used to giving the "girlfriend experience" to guys who pay for it. Its kind of sad. Hookers say that a lot of guys will pay extra for them to just stay and talk and watch movies. Some dont even want sex they just pay to hangout.
I always linked the word 'misdemeanor' with marijuana, as it is the most common strike giver for offense of it in most states, in fewer it is felony even on first time, which can be kinda scarier than a bad terrifying high. But i really don't know how the word translates to european or middle eastern country offense categorization naming.
