Would work let me off for break outs? i feel like they might just fire me.

So I keep having this allergic reaction and it's been happening three days. But my job part time and I really not sure what do about this. If I said I needed time off to go to doctor is it likely to be approved? I got 30 days of unused sick leave cause I never take time off. Even when I literally limped to work on day cuase I injured my leg.
