So I was passing these two people on the street, and they were homeless or something I guess but they said hi to me as I was passing so I said hi and kept going. But I wondered what they were doing, like if they’re homeless or camping or waiting for something, and I didn’t really have anything to do. So I stopped, went back, and walked toward them but it was a long way back so they just fucking stared at me and I was like “hi” and they said hi and I was like “what’re you doing” and he said “nothin’” and I just fuckinG STOOD THERE AND LEFT JHHJDJVKTKGI FKFKGKMG It’s so cringey aaaaaaaaaa why did I do thatttttt.

    I do this to myself too often.
    I was in the city recently and some tourist dude on the train decided to point to my leg (I’m an amputee) and ask “What happened?” In English. Randomly. To a stranger. In the middle of Russia.

    I usually pretend I don’t know English when foreigners talk to me because I’m an ass lmao.
    But I was caught so off guard I just stared at him and said “It left”

    ??? It left??? What??? But I panicked.
    He said “What?” And I just shrugged and figured well shit I have to protect what I said. “It left!”

    I got off on the next stop and waited for the next train 🙃

        The other day I had a substitute supervisor at work and I went up and interupted her while she was talking to a group of ppl and introduced myself. Put my hand out to shake hers then forgot and put my hand down and left her hanging then put my hand back up to shake and made her pick her hand back up again. Then after i introduced myself I forgot why I was talking to her, it got dead quiet for a few seconds, then I remembered and I said she forgot to put my time in yesterday. She said ok ill fix it. Then she turned back around to talk to her ppl and i hovered over her for 20 seconds until she turned around and looked at me again and I was like "dont you need to know the hours I worked to fix it?"

        It was sooo awkward when I walked away i couldn't help but laugh about it

    I recently saw an old acquaintance and he looked happy and said "hey, how are you", I said it back, and he said good, instead of being a normal person I said "hey how are you" again, like a fool. He looked quizzically at me, I stood there awkwardly for 10 seconds or so then left. Haha. Happens a lot.

    I get to where I have trouble speaking in these situations and I tear up and gulp a lot. It is terrible, and I feel trapped afterward.
