No I try not to allow myself to do this. I notice a lot of people do this though. Especially in politics
No, I don't see a reason for that. Disliking someone doesn't mean there aren't things we agree on, just as liking someone doesn't mean there aren't things we disagree on. Also, even if it's someone I generally find to be an idiot, "even a broken clock is right twice a day".
There are several times, however, where I've heard someone I dislike say something I agree with, but that I found to be hypocritical coming from them based on their actions.
I'm pretty reasonable and understanding. I dont think I will ever find a person that I will 100% disagree on every single topic.
Example. Kim jong Un. Brutal dictator, war crime perpetrator, king of a hermit kingdom. He likes pizza so that's one common virtue. Still hate him but that doesnt inherently make all of his ideas wrong.
I see a seperation between ideas and people.
Suppose that's why I can jive with pretty much everyone on here.
I dont like Ana Kasparian from the young Turks. That doesnt mean that I disagree with her 100% of the time. Such as her actually being thrown under the bus by progressives for taking a "conservative" stance of wanting violent criminals to be put in jail.
I'll be less inclined to listen to them but I'll admit if they are right
I dont see it as disgusting. Pizza shouldnt be sweet. I'd rather eat pineapples than anchovies though.
The south koreans on the other hand... dont know how to make good pizza. The only thing I think North Korea can boast about being normal about.
