Would you have your perfect partner be created?
A cloning scientist from the future has an offer for you. He will create your perfect girlfriend or boyfriend. Every aspect of the partner will be custom made to be perfect for your exact preferences, their appearance, biology, personality, false memories, everything. The scientist's equipment could scan your brain to find out exactly what appeals to you, so the person could have traits you didn't even consciously know you wanted for your perfect partner. If you wanted, the scientist could make the partner compelled to be a slave to you, doing whatever you want regardless of his or her own desires. Of course, that's optional if you feel it makes them less human. But any sort of behavior you want, you can get, even things that wouldn't occur with a regular person such as them falling asleep at your command. This person would be completely indistinguishable from a normal person, their body and biology would be exactly the same as anyone born naturally and their mind would be the same as anyone who actually had experienced those memories and had those personality traits. Well, unless you actually want irregularities, if you want them to have pointed ears or a tail or some other oddity it's up to you. There are some limits though, as this person is still a living being and can only be different from current humans to an extent. The scientist cannot make them age much slower than normal humans. He also can't do things like make them strong enough to lift a car without giving them ridiculously large muscles, or other superpowers. In other words, even though advanced science is being used to create them, the laws of science still mostly apply. He could do something like make them unusually tough, as toughness is a mental attribute so nothing ridiculous has to be done to make someone like that. But for the most part, you can get whatever you want. No strings attached at all, nothing shady going on (well, except for the artificial creation of life), just you getting exactly the person you want. Would you do it?
