most countries nowadays have a lot of English speaking people. Ive lived in several countries that doesn't have English as its main language and I only spoke English the whole time and managed to get by.
Only if I was interested in speaking their language, liked their culture and thought the men were attractive. So either Spain or Germany.
Yes, but only once I knew the non-English language well enough to get a good job and make good friends. And only if the country offered me something significant that I couldn't find at home (The UK).
Sure why not English is not my first language so.. Probably somewhere in Europe Germany or Sweden
Yes but what do you mean by non-english speaking, most non-anglo Europeans seem to prefer speaking english (at least in the country I would go to, from my experience) with the exception of the French and Russians
I already live in one. Dutch is my mother tongue and English is only a second language to me. Furthermore I also speak German, but not as good as English.
The worst thing you can ever do is build a cocoon around yourself. The best thing you can ever do is travel to other parts of the world. If somewhere strikes you as a nice place to live, then you can think about moving. If not you can come home and be confident that you tried but you really like your own country.
I'd love to but I'd never learn the language so I wouldn't see that as an option really.
I'm English that lives in a non-English province. It is very hard to find work if you don't speak French where I live. That's the hardest part.
Only if they had customs similar to mine. I think then I could bear to learn the language. So as an American, France, Germany, or Italy I could do, Russia or China or India probably not. Another thing would be whether the language is commonly spoken. I'd rather move to Germany, or even China where they speak a "world" language than say Thailand or te Balkans where te only way I would use the language is living there.
