In my opinion, I'd never get Plastic surgery in order to stay looking young. It's just not worth it, and I would not want to age looking like plastic.

How our appearance changes as we age is largely down to our genes, but avoiding the sun, limiting alcohol consumption, getting sufficient sleep, eating a reasonably healthy diet and not smoking will all reduce how quickly the signs of ageing appear. Trying to maintain a positive attitude also helps, since keeping your face set in a permanent scowl creates wrinkles. All those things are a helluva lot cheaper and safer than plastic surgery.
Grow old naturally. If my dad is any indication of what I'll look like when I'm in my 60s, I'm more than happy to look like that.
Invasive treatment should be a last resort...expensive and comes with many complications. Also at that age, it's quite easy to tell when you've had something done. Fake is just sad.
I think putting unnatural fillers in your body to re-shape/size or dearinkle is just dumb, but people will do what they want to stay “Youthful”.
Grow old gracefully. Plastic surgery just makes old people look grotesque or strange. At least I'd look normal.
In fact, I look forward to aging in way. At least then I'd have an excuse for being overall ugly, though the wrinkles would be a waste of my clear skin.
Most of the time, when I see an old person, I don't think "ugly", I think "old".
I would start from the ankles and work up to the top of my head. Bum lift, fanny lift, stomach lift, breast lift, neck and face lift. If anyone has a spare £100,000 please donate to old spinster with two cats charity (details to follow).
I'm happy to grow old gracefully but I would get plastic surgery in the form of a breast reduction. I hate my over sized bust because it causes discomfort and the weight of it isn't good for my posture, plus I get bad sweat rashes under my boobs when it's hot.
I could do without getting cougar chest but I don't think much can be done about it.

Dude, I'm shocked. Why shorten your telomeres any faster than you have to? At least load up on a water soluble antioxidant like Ascorbic Acid and a fat soluble antioxidant like Lycopene. How about your heart-brain powerhouse? Don't you do cardio? You're not letting high glucose cook your body are you? At least eat blueberries. There's some evidence that the flavonoids in them are good for stem cell production.
Dude. Gotta work to keep the quality of your health high until age 92 when you drop dead. The pathetic alternatives are irreversible.
