Would you rather lose an arm, a leg or your genitals? For females this means no boobs, clit or vagina. Also no sexual feelings in tits or ass. Life without genitalia here I come. I’m actually pretty shocked that the majority of chose to lose a limb.
Side note for OP: how exactly does one lose a vagina?
Without an arm it'd be hard to play guitar, piano,typing or really anything that requires finger dexterity.
A leg seems like the easy choice, sure it may be harder to run, but i'd say it'd probably be easier to get the mobility of a leg back with a prosthetic then the mobility of an arm since it's got all those fingers.
Fingers/hands are like the central body part for "precision action" and sensation of touch, while a leg is more, well you know... a tube of meat you support your weight with and use to move, a tough call... but I think 10 fingers is better than 10 toes any day.
I'd lose my genitals, however that might work for a female. Losing my genitals means only losing one fun activity.
Losing a limb would be an inconvenience in almost every aspect of life, and would hinder me while hiking, working, being independent, cooking, ect.
But isn't sex the single funnest activity ever concieved? Yes thats a pun! I makes no sense to me to lose the BEST activity for a bunch of lame stuff. Your giving up hundreds to keep your nickels! In my opinion of course!

That might be an issue. I would say don't be so sure you would want to lose your genitals if you haven't used them for their best use! Me and my GF go at it most days of the week. Also how old are you? This also plays a role, older people have lower sex drives.

Why are we chopping body parts off? To be blunt, I have always fantasized about loosing a leg (not that I would willingly ever do that in a million years).

Running blades are legs that dont look like standard legs. They look like a sickle that uses carbon fiber and springs to give the person a running advantage over normal legs. Only caveat is that it's a below the knee prosthetic.

I'm with you on life without genitals. Sex is great and all and I do have my fetishes, but I'm a powerhouse who needs all my limbs for work, exercise, and exploring. If I ever lose a limb and am hindered from lifting things, I'd just feel useless. I need to work and keep moving. XD
I strongly disagree! Not compared to sexual anatomy! Interesting how 2 girls already would lose their genitals, but no guys.
I mean loosing a leg would suck but at at ed end of the day I dint want to loose my sexuality and I can get by with one less leg
If I loose a leg I can still wipe my ass and jerk off. Not necessarily at the same time but I could if I wanted to.
