Yeast / fungal infection every time there is any activity around sex

Hi all,

So every time I have any sexual activity happening, Whether it's sex, insertion of a finger or masturbation, I end up getting a yeast/fungal infection. It's clearly not my partner because I've had this with other men too. We are very clean, it happens with or without condoms, I can't seem to figure out what to do!!! My partner and I have been given a dose of antibiotics by the doc. It has not helped either!!!

NEED ADVICE PLEASE. Does anyone else get this? If Yes, What will help!!!!

    First, you might have diabetes type 2 as yeast feeds on glucose and that makes you pee glucose. Second, anti-biotics kill vaginal bacteria and leaves a vacuum that yeast thrives on so it only compounds the problem.

    The thing is I've been checked for diabetes, HIV, HPV and I'm all clear.
    So I don't know what the problem is and the doc's just say that once yeast infections occur, they are hard to get rid of.
